Google WiFi system, 3-Pack - Router replacement for whole home coverage (NLS-1304-25)

    • This did the trick and got rid of the weak signals areas upstairs.
    • Brought my weak areas to life
    • What used to be dead areas now have fast internet.
    • Eliminated all of the dead areas in my 3600 sqft home
    • Wifi everywhere with not dead or slow areas
    • However, Google WiFi SUCCEEDED in surpassing literally every area of performance and stability
    • No sketchy coverage areas in our home to begin with, but I see much less degradation with distance than before
    • When I moved in I had some renovations done, including running an ethernet cable from the point where my FiOS came into the house in a rocky crawl space area up to my home office on the second floor
    • if you have dead wifi areas like most folks buy three and set yourself free
    • My Comcast connection was bad and had spotted dead area in the house
    • Easy setup great coverage area if used as a mesh network
    • The key is getting a strong signal everywhere so that speed is not compromised when weaker areas are attempting access in whatever capacity/form ie Iphone, Netflix, gaming etc
    • It did not resolve my spotty wifi areas
    • My computer would just freeze sometimes, and I had a few weak areas in the house.
    • I decided to purchase three Google units and I now get a strong signal in every corner of the house, as well as in the backyard.
    • It MUST plug directly into your modem in order for it to work as it has been designed
    • Extremely disappointed as I thought buying something from Google would mean a higher level of services.
    • My internet experience is now as good as if I was connected to the modem directly using an Ethernet cable
    • It works as it should.
    • The controller App [Google WiFi] is very intuitive and helps you to set up a guest network as well as to manage the devices on your network
    • I suspect the speed issue is due to the mesh using WiFi for it's backhaul channel as well as to service clients.
    • The 'tech support' is more of a FAQ section, and it kept referring me back to the same answer over and over...if google's goal is to make their customers frustrated, they've succeeded.. as much as i'd want to recommend this product, in good conscience, I can't, mainly due to the crappy customer service, which was a joke..
    • I contacted google support and after months of troubleshooting they refuse to refund as it is past the 30 day return now, but was not when I initially reported the problem to Google
