At best, their Chinese-made cameras are hit-or-miss, but their “service” is uniformly CRAP!

In conclusion, I would highly recommend just getting another camera if you can or if you need a GoPro don't waste your time with a "refurbished" model, just buy a new one to attempt to mitigate these issues.
