Grace VanderWaal “Just the Beginning” and Fender Venice Soprano Natural Ukulele Bundle – Black Finish

    • Love every song on this album!!
    • Love every song on it.
    • Actually all the songs are good: some very serious, some with great melodies, some whimsical "Talk Good".
    • What I loved about her first CD were the simple songs that told an autobiographical story and drew you in, and that her unique voice and super unique delivery were highlighted
    • Of course, some songs are stronger than others but my favorite is 'Darkness Keeps Chasing Me'
    • Her song writing skills exceed those twice and three times her age
    • This song won't ever play over the radio, or crack the Billboard Top 100, be rated popular on Amazon/iTunes, and you likely won't hear her ever play it in concert... but believe me when I say this is by far the best song on the album
    • I personally think the best songs are found on the last 2/3 of the CD, but they are all very good
    • She has developed her sound and style so much since her last album and the songs are just amazing.
    • Each song hits a chord in my heart and I wonder how a 13 year old got in my head so often
    • The lyrics and the music combine into Grace Vanderwaal's most complex song so far
    • Grace is the wonder of 2017, and she's sure to continue treating her fans with more amazing songs.
    • The song’s lyrics match the song’s style as much as Just a Crush did
    • The second song to release was Sick of Being Told, and the YouTube video of it came with a shot of her around a bunch of ukuleles with a kissy face; combined with the song just starting out so differently, I was facepalming over what this “new Grace” was becoming
    • At the same time, songs like "Burned" and "Just a Crush" demonstrate significant emotional maturity that I don't know how Grace could possibly have at 13 years old
    • She is so refreshing, her songs are so beautiful, her voice is so full of emotion.
    • At the same time, songs like "Burned" and "Just a Crush" demonstrate significant emotional maturity that I don't know how Grace could possibly have at 13 years old
    • That song is so calming and relaxing to listen to
    • But really, in the end I think you’ll understand that I tend to enjoy her less poppy songs more
    • and I absolutely love this young ladies voice and songs
    • I also think it's cool that she can write a really good song about "dandelion fluff
    • great new songs
    • All the songs are so amazing and beautiful
    • Every song is incredible
    • It makes me wonder if Grace originally wrote this song with a ukulele and somebody “remixed” it, and while I’d love to hear a stripped version of this song I also love its current form just fine
    • This song won't ever play over the radio, or crack the Billboard Top 100, be rated popular on Amazon/iTunes, and you likely won't hear her ever play it in concert... but believe me when I say this is by far the best song on the album
    • LOVE EVERY SONG
    • I grew to really like the song, and I sway to it when playing it in my car now
    • I think "Florets" is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard
    • Multiple great songs.
    • What could have been my favorite track definitely fell a few notches for me, though I still love the song (the live version admittedly sounds better).Just a Crush is the closest Grace VanderWaal that I know from before, and surprise surprise, it one of only two songs on this entire album that she is owed exclusive writing credits for
    • It’s hard not to like this song, though currently it’s hard to say much about it
    • All songs are great
    • My favorite song on the album is "A Better Life
    • However, it's balanced by powerful, uplifting songs like "So Much More than This", "Florets", "A Better Life", and "City Song" that make you feel like you can conquer the world
    • Every song is extremely good, catchy and meaningful
    • I even considered getting her target album which has two lovely bonus songs, Lungs and Hope For Change.
    • She has never written or performed a better song in studio, period
    • It’s possible, but she is so much more interpersonal than that that she has a journey you may have had to follow with her to truly understand why I am giving this album its deserving 5/5 rating (plus the fact that there is not a bad song on here)
    • She can take something (like drawing flowers) and get the inspiration for writing a beautiful song like "Florets".
    • In the months leading up to this release, I fell in love with one new favorite song after another
    • I mean "Moonlight" a fun, uplifting song
    • ALL the songs are really good
    • Her songs amaze me with the idea that an eleven year old wrote the song that got her the golden buzzer.
    • I didn’t like the song to begin with
    • Sometimes is a great song that I
    • Just played the new album what a great cd every song was great.
    • It doesn't have any of those simple, quiet songs that draw me in and paint a picture.
    • Catchy rhythm songs to heart melting ballads
    • No fillers, every song is amazing despite the variation in the style of each one
    • One of the many things that astounds me about Grace is how many different voices she can sing in, and her maturity as a songwriter and performer to match each of her unique sounds to the right song
    • THERE IS NOT A BAD SONG ON THIS ALBUM
    • Each song is a gem
    • I thought "Moonlight" was her best song
    • The songs on this album are much better than last year's EP and I hope she continues to improve
    • Every song is so good.
    • Fresh new voice and song writer .
    • It is a song so beautiful and heartbreaking that you want to curl into a ball and cry
