Getting the proper licenses to race certain tracks and earning enough credits to buy all those fancy cars are VERY difficult and nearly impossible (unless you cheat with a Gameshark), but it's a whole lot of fun and brings you an endless challenge
-
A few bad things about the game is that the licenses are really a pain to earn (the A licenses is easier to earn then the B licenses), also there are no Ferrari cars to choose from.
-
i like the gran turismo games but i hate the license.
-
i finally got a faster car.the only bad things are the handling is pretty tough, but i got used to it , and the licenses are really hard to get
-
The license shouldn't be to hard with gameshark

Gamers new to the series will either marvel at the simulation aspect, or hate it (since it requires lots of deicated braking and turning, unlike a pick-up and powerslide Ridge Racer game). Finally, there are some great cars to drive here, but the licensing is oddly hit and miss, with many, many ommissions from GT2.
-
Now, for people who are playing the game:I've got both the Super and Rally licenses, so I feel I can say this: Some of the tests are needlessly sadistic, especially when you flunk for knocking over a rubber cone or brushing a railing
-
I hated the fact that you had to pass the damn license test before you could even race

This has all the track maps, cars, license guide, and bonus cars won in each race and series race.
