Terrible sound quality, I could not find a frequency that did not have tons of static (nor could I unlock the "Easter Egg" hidden frequency).

The frequency response is limited, so it will not sound as good as a low quality .mp3.

I've been happier with the build quality of this unit as well as the sound quality it provides than I have been with the previous three similar products I've purchased

Just beware of the dubious quality control on this product.

Out of the box, I simply used the SmartScan feature to find the best frequency, and set my car radio to that, and the sound quality via the FM transmitter was much better than I had expected -- and much better than with the old Belkin

Using the unit at 87.9 seems to give it a boost in signal strength and quality, but the overall sound quality is marginal at best
