I've had a parade of other (bigger name brand) units where un-reliable operation and false alarms where a never ending nagging problem

We have been using the alarm only a few days, but so far it works fine

I suppose this is to reduce false alarms but the problem is that the sensors can be difficult to aim at a distance (especially during the day), and once in place , they can be easily bumped out of alignment
