I called the above number and spoke with a customer agent to ask him questions regarding the plan and porting my number before I have him activate my card to the pay as you go minute plan.

I planned to use my second phone with the $10 free airtime credit but after I activated it with pay as you go plan aka minutes plan, it said my plan is expired with no $10 credit

We just refill when it gets low, and use the $10 or $20 refill pay as you go plan (good for 90 days).
