So I buy the pay as you go plan through pinzoo dot com and it works fine.
I'm fine with my 1GB unlimited plan (1GB at full speed, after that 128kbps)
I planned to use my second phone with the $10 free airtime credit but after I activated it with pay as you go plan aka minutes plan, it said my plan is expired with no $10 credit
So I have the "wrong" SIM cards but the representative still proceeds to port my numbers from my previous carrier.
I tried to port in a phone number and when I enter sim card number the website told me it was an invalid sim number
Unfortunately, the problem is that phone is giving me "SIM error" (sim card missing or invalid) with this card (the card is activated, has money on it and works without problem on the other unlocked phone)

I tried other SIM card in which the nano will fall by itself on any small press, and it is hard to fix it later
I called customer service again, this time the wait was shorter but the connection was awful, the words were cutting and I couldn't understand anything the other person was saying after 30min of both trying to understand what we were saying with the crappy
