But when I tried to use it to catch excess milk on the other breast the suction just hurt it was either full section or no suction which was kind of aggravating

It is much thinner and the suction on it is very poor

and, maybe I’m uncoordinated, but I found it hard to pump with one hand and work (write or type) with the other OR to have a conversation with someone while also focusing on pumping (insert awkward suction sounds during conversations which were sometimes rhythmic and sometimes not, LOL)

To get enough suction, it had to be so tight on my breast that I had large bruises

This is great for the very first morning feeds, I use it to collect leakage on other breast as baby feeds, I’m able to collect about 1-2 oz. great quality silicone and creates a good suction.

For best suction, roll the top sides down and simultaneously pinch the sides of the base while putting it on your skin.

It stopped having good suction though, and would just fall off and spill the milk that it had collected.

The suction on this Hakka is very strong once it on doesn’t come off unless you pinch it yourself
