The other features about it- the dual brewing and timer are great.

I have had it less than a month and the last two brews have messed up

Coffee is not very hot once brewed.

Handy built in timer features, is also nice to interrupt a brew to grab a cup

The single cup feature was great, if brewing a limited size mug of coffee

It only works with the carafe setting but a single cup brews quickly so don’t think it’s a big deal that it’s unable to preset for single cup

Update: the first month and just a handful times of using the single brew option, the single brew started to leak.

This machine is so much faster brewing than my previous coffee maker and it keeps the coffee in the carafe nice and hot for a couple of hours.

Plus you could just sneak a cup if you can't wait as it will stop brewing long enough for you to get a cup

I had a Hamilton Beach individual coffee brewer that was wonderful and was a little scared that the individual coffee brewer on the duel Hamilton Beach coffee brewer wasn't going to be the same but it preformed with the same brew strength and warmth and speed

Love the coffee maker, looks nice & brews well, but I disliked that the mug wasn't included with the coffee maker as shown.

Fast brew

I went back to using my 4 cup coffee maker for myself for a strong brew.

I like expensive/good coffee and brew multiple

I’m not entirely convinced the “strong” brew button makes much difference though it does seem to slow down the brewing

really quick brew, great for on the go

I especially like being able to brew a single serving quickly rather than having to take the time to set up brewing a regular pot of coffee.

The two way brew was great at first being able to brew bold coffee in single cup or full pot which we really like
