I like the features but do not like that it "crisps" the bottom of everything I cook.

The removable condensation cup near the hinge which catches drips when the cover is open is an especially nice feature

My favorite feature is the warmer after the rice cooks, so if the other parts of the meal aren't finished yet, the rice stays warn without getting dried out or burnt.

Favorite feature is steam and cook rice at the same time.
