The import units I have used before have metal switches, which makes them feel a bit more solid and luxurious

A bit disappointed

It's not any louder than our basic drip coffee machine, but the spout that makes the foam or to steam the milk can be a bit loud, but this is normal

It was a bit more pricey than my previous kitchen-top espresso maker, but it was well worth it...

The plastic tamper could be a bit

For example, this unit is made with a good bit of plastic, including switches and more.

The group head is a bit low, which limits the height of the mugs you can put below it, but that's not a big deal

We owned a different brand previously but it was a bit difficult to use

This is an easy to use espresso maker, my one complaint is that it isn't as strong as i like
