This little champ from Hamilton Beach does a phenomenal job

My cappuccino fans in the house have said the HB unit does a good job, comparable to many restaurants.

The steamer does a great job on my milk or cream or whatever I choose to use.

It actually does a better job then the one at the cafe I worked at as a teen

I also bought a 51mm metal tamper to get a better tamp and polish which has also helped

Even with using a conical burr grinder on the lowest setting for a fine grind size and tamping with a metal tamper this shot is done in 10 seconds
