Got it for her about 2 month ago and she has been very happy with it, foam is coming up exactly as she likes it and definitely coffee taste much better compare with previous machine and same coffee brand, I'm not an expert of coffee machines but there is a significant different with the previous one.

It’s very easy to use, sturdy and well built, but still portable enough to take with me on road trips since I hate motel coffee

It is not the best coffee but for the price it is a very good coffee maker.
