    • Dump before brewing - duh.-I use a conical burr grinder to fresh grind my coffee beans.
    • I do measure my coffee beans prior to grinding, but I just use the measurement marks on the server to measure my water for brewing (i.e.. 500ml).
    • Nice fresh coffee beans, freshly ground (a little towards the coarse end of 'drip'), from tonx.org * Rinsing the filter while the coffee is grinding (the brown filters in particular have a little bit of papery flavor which is removed this way
