Now one cool thing I am not familiar with is the Tube Emulation and Solid-State Preamps
The ability to dial in a virtual tube tone or mix that with a solid state tone is another plus
I choose this amp not only because of its power (rated at 350 watts into 4 ohms, but I haven't come close to testing that!), but I love the twin Pre-Amps that blend tube with solid state.
It's been a car accident in which I rolled three times and it still works to this day.
Considering this and a 4x10 cab from Seismic cost me as much as the Ampeg combo they replace, it's about a 5-fold increase in volume, and sounds twice or three times as good
