n’t get access to the roof or can’t run the cable to inside of your apartment, unfortunately this unit is not gonna work for you

The system has a built in safety feature to recognize when it’s repeating it’s own signal (like the feedback noise you get when a microphone is too close to the speaker).So, the unit is very easy to install
