This devices feels good when worn, it doesn't really provide very good noise isolation

The noise isolation is not as good as the active noise cancellation on the Bose but that's to be expected

Not only is the sound quality great, the noise isolation blocks out the sounds of our noisy plotter and any heated discussions right next to my desk, but still let's you hear when someone is at your desk or a ringing phone

I bought these for work and travel, but there is no way I can use these for any quiet place as they will definitely disturb those around me

One other point to make is that these headphones cover your ears entirely and don' t sit on top like some of the others that claim to be over the ear style
