Smells really bad, doesn’t pair with PS4 also this dirt bag company, Modern Portable, won’t refund my return

So I purchased my headphones directly from Modern Portable

Upon reaching out to the vendor to ask for a refund, I was asked to work with a tech specialist from Modern Portable who could assist me.

Modern Portable has excellent customer service and product is great

They have never been $199 from Modern Portable and listing it that way is not truthful...

But I would love to find out more about the manufacturing, as Modern Portable is not the only brand selling these headphones.

I have been in contact with Modern Portable's support team and, so far, they have gotten back to me, but I haven't heard anything about a potential fix as of yet

Then I read a review and started researching these headphones by modern portable and the price seems too good to be true based on the quality of the headphones and what you were getting for your money

Hopefully modern portable will produce another headphone with super bass or a bass control button would be better

While other major brand competitors spend millions of dollars on advertising to lure new customers, Modern Portable had a perfectly satisfied customer but was unwilling to spend $2 (my estimated cost of producing the cord) to retain that costumer

I did have a problem with the charging cord but contacted Modern Portable's customer

I notice on Modern Portable's website, that you can buy their products in bulk, and make them with your own branding, so maybe it is just an issue of them selling their products in this manner to create cash flow.

I contacted Modern Portable and they wrote back that there was no adjustment available

Modern Portable gives you great value and the quality (if not better) of the brand names that cost way more.

I left a message on Modern Portable's webpage for customer support, provided my email and phone number as instructions indicated

Modern Portable had a really good attempt at a headphone, but there are a few reasons why I actually slowly dropped my review of these over time

After doing some online research, it also turns out that the "sale" price is not a real sale price, but Modern Portable's 'let's just always leave them on sale to sell more' price

Modern Portable not only offers great quality but extremely affordable headphones as well

And fits perfectly in the headphone case recommned by modern portable

Kudos to Modern Portable!!

Note: Modern Portable also sells a $19.00 earbud, but I already have a good pair of those from another brand

I tried to contact Modern Portable just to see if they repaired or had any suggestions of an outlet that does repair their headphones, they were non-responsive to several e-mails

I replied that it was not, and now another week later still no word from Modern Portable

More importantly, this interaction demonstrates the poor customer service and business savvy of Modern Portable

Modern Portable is sending me new HiFi Elite Bluetooth Headphones.

n’t had the issue with the smell

One other point to make is that these headphones cover your ears entirely and don' t sit on top like some of the others that claim to be over the ear style

I bought these for work and travel, but there is no way I can use these for any quiet place as they will definitely disturb those around me

I love the Bluetooth option on planes as it makes them totally nonrestrictive.
