I tried cleaning them with several products, but nothing worked.

What I can tell you is that an average person like myself that uses these while working on the computer, on a flight, or maybe while playing poker, they sound GREAT and are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn

The headphones work really well and there is no issue connecting them, they are however very heavy and are uncomfortable to wear after a long period of time

The framework of the headset is pretty solid and sturdy, slide to adjust the headset works great, could use a little more confident feedback that it is locked in place

Works great, great sound quality, I just wish the mic worked better for the receivers end but still a great product
