Hiltex 10108 Tungsten Carbide Router Bit Set, 24 Piece | 1/4-Inch Shank, Blue

    • As others have said watch videos of what you wanna do with your router, 1/4 bits work better at higher speeds for smoother cutting
    • Not sure if it the fact Im using this set in a B&D Matix router attachment, or because the bits just aren't that good, but the cuts and edges I get are rough, and sloppy
    • one of the bits has a small nick, so it needs some clean up on the wood after cutting, so I gave it 4 stars
    • Quite sharp/smooth cuts out of the box.

    • Used two bits to try out and got poor cuts
    • Being new to routing I made the mistake of using the mortising bit when a spiral up cut would have been better.

    • I like the clean cut
