I've given this tv four instead of five stars overall because it took the better part of a month for me to figure out some seeming "glitches," but Tech Support has been great the two times I've had to call them

I am planning on contacting the Hisense tech support about both of the problems I have had

Several emails to tech support result in a bunch of boilerplate and a single sentence recommending a set of keystrokes to choose an option but the recommended menu options are not available - they seem to be unfamiliar with the TV software

lots of trouble with getting the google assistant to work in the beginning, had to call tech support and stay on the phone with them for over 2 hours before we figured out the problem with the remote

Tech support is not helpful

I called tech support within the first few days after an hour they needed to call me back

I thought that I would need to call tech support for help setting everything up
