Great picture quality, good buy for the money, pretty decent size for the price

I love the size, love the picture quality, LOVE the sound quality...!

I called tech support within the first few days after an hour they needed to call me back

I've given this tv four instead of five stars overall because it took the better part of a month for me to figure out some seeming "glitches," but Tech Support has been great the two times I've had to call them

lots of trouble with getting the google assistant to work in the beginning, had to call tech support and stay on the phone with them for over 2 hours before we figured out the problem with the remote

I thought that I would need to call tech support for help setting everything up

I am planning on contacting the Hisense tech support about both of the problems I have had

This setup is so good, I do not need cable TV at all as there are so many free channels available thru Google Apps

Great picture, thin, lightweight, easy setup, easy to use, WiFi, connects to my Google account, good sound (connected it to external speakers via headphone jack)

The Tv picture and internal hardware works as it should though it could use a better processor because its somewhat clunky/laggy moving through the home screen and menu options but at this price a super high end processor isn't to be expected

I found this for relatively cheap on another site and grabbed it while they had a good deal,looking back i can see why it was priced so low

it also does not shut off like my other and its a smart android that is easy to set up sign in with an email and your good to go

I got this on flash sale for just $200 - and it's a great product at this price point

input can be laggy and using the apps and multitasking and glitch the tv causing you to manually reset tv other than that great picture and good tv

I like that it has some good apps, like Spotify, YouTube, Netflix, Pluto and Vudu

apps load VERY slowly unless you disable everything unnecessary in the settings

It also has terrible software, takes forever to cycle through menu to get to any settings, would not recommend it.

Tech/warranty support has long hold times and is no help

Also getting notifications every time I turn on the tv that I need to update the software, but it fails to download each

And add a little more time and the remote control also does NOT work anymore!!!

I would say this is a damn TV, slow response to voice command, poor recognition compare to google home.

I had Amazon support reach out to them on my behalf, because I couldn't find a way myself to contact them, and this is their response: "Unfortunately, the 30 days warranty from our company has expired
