Product is damaged

One of the worst products I have ever owned, absolutely regret everything I have had to do with this product and company.

This TV is the slowest Roku product I have ever used, it literally buffers every single remote control command it receives and will sometimes take 15 seconds, just to change the volume, save yourself the money and buy something else, the picture is good when it works, but good luck navigating any of the UI without waiting like 3 minutes

Awesome product shipping was slow by 2 days but that's not the products fault

Setup was a breeze, it had no trouble connecting to wifi and setting up a Roku account (no $100 tv activation fee has some people have claimed).

Was able to order a brand new remote from Amazon for this TV that worked immediately, but I was forced, for the third time, to go through the lengthy setup process, which to be fair, includes 4 or 5 logons to the various streaming services we use.

Wireless was strong and I still had issues almost directly following setup

If you don't already have a Roku account than setup is easy and 100% Free

Awhile...its fast and easy to use..i also dont like the having to pay for every subscription separately...instaed of a bundle deal

(a show on netflix, for instance).Adding new channels on Amazon Firestick is nightmarish - you have to use that stupid control to find the letters and type in your authentication

Not sure what the problem is, but often times the remote control is delayed and in the Netflix app, the video freezes and the sound and video play at different times.

I did not like the remote control no keys for the numbers it takes more time to changechannels.
