I did not like the remote control no keys for the numbers it takes more time to changechannels.

Not sure what the problem is, but often times the remote control is delayed and in the Netflix app, the video freezes and the sound and video play at different times.

(a show on netflix, for instance).Adding new channels on Amazon Firestick is nightmarish - you have to use that stupid control to find the letters and type in your authentication
