After several trouble shooting tries from the very beginning, this tv does not work as it should.
The first thing I noticed with this set was the lack of motion blur, one youtube review estimated the response time to be about 5 ms which was not as good as the much more expensive OLED TVs but better than the QLED TV I was considering.
Normally I eschew the "smart" features because they're an after-thought and sprinkled into the TV just to add fluff to catch eyes
Picture quality is fantastic and smart features are super easy to integrate into home experience
I haven’t done much with the smart tv features nor do I use the TV’s speakers
Very happy with this purchase and the price is great too.
Otherwise its a great TV and the price right now ($795) is really good for what you are getting
that's a ridiculous price tag for a mounting
The TV is an amazing price for what it is, BUT it has SO MANY FLAWS and bugs that I
, however i may send it back, only to get the 85 inch, and for the money this model is the one to buy, sony has upper line but at a very steep price, and by the way i called sony, on a tec question, and they were very nice to talk to, and answered my question just fine, just kidding going to keep tv big enough for my area, takes alot to satisfy me, and this does so in spades, remote is not bad 3 stars remote, 5 plus stars for tv.
You get what you get and 2 years from now when the picture on this TV is still fantastic, but the apps are all clunky and unwieldy, you'll be buying a streaming box and have to change the way you use your TV
The quality is great, the apps are fantastic, great for cord cutters with free tv app options
All the apps I’ve looked for are available and work great on it
After several trouble shooting tries from the very beginning, this tv does not work as it should.
The app seems designed to trick people into looking at their "offers"
One Sony and one Samsung, bother 4k and less than 2 years old
Sony has also programmed the TV to refuse connections from PC's if trying to Mirror the screen under wireless display or dock settings in Windows 8.1 or 10.
When it comes to picture quality I will say Sony is the best.
The picture quality is great (I am a loyal Sony customer) and I like the Smart Features
Sony’s software, firmware, Smart integration, and image processors are likewise Sony proprietary
This is great for very specific situations, but for most it’s of limited use since most sound bars don’t support HDMI and if you’re using an AV receiver, in most cases, it’s already capable of extracting the audio

After spending some time with this Sony, and comparing it to the TCL and Vizio TVs I owned for a short time before, I find those reviews to be completely inaccurate
I did see some reviews saying that sony tv Bluetooth didn't work on different brand products then sony compatible products with the sony tv
1st day review easy set up, quality packaged to keep from damage.
I've seen reviews calling the picture dark but that hasn't been the case for
I ignored other reviews that mentioned that the screen broke too easily at my own peril
