Sony gets it right as usual

now I have a curse on me:I love Sony

However, it is unbelievable that Sony would not only refuse to honor the warranty but also blamed the defect INSIDE the tv on me

My first purchase for this tv was defective and Sony refused to honor its warranty after just few a months

I couldn’t give it a rating since it might have been dropped somewhere along the line so ratings not good right now, but Sony was great!

Sony Smart Tv's are lacking in so many ways especially regarding the Apps.

All of our TVs are from Sony because Sony delivers the best and this one did not disappoint.

At times, every 5-7 minutes it would flash another warning on the screen "Wi-Fi Disconnected".I am not able to describe my user experience with the outsourced Android OS/store interface without dropping well below PG-13.So long sweet Sony.

I don't know if it's Sony's fault or Google's, but the OS and apps were rather more unstable than I like to see in a consumer device, and the YouTube app occasionally locked up in such a way that I'd have to cold-reboot the TV once or twice a week, which is not a statement you really want to make about a TV
