It’s the first smart TV I’ve owned personally, as I still have a plasma screen I’m carrying a torch for, thus my exposure to smart TV features is limited to using other people’s TVs

The smart TV features and Alexa integration are nice, but since we have a receiver and sound system and an Amazon Fire TV we don't really use them, but nice to know if we move the TV somewhere else in the future it has those features

but it’s something the keep in mind as a cool feature

The smart features are very good

Good picture and nice features, but don't buy this unless you are a fan of Google and don't mind having your privacy invaded.

It is feature rich with well thought out Internet streaming support, numerous methods of content input, vivid color, excellent contrast, brightness, and sharp definition

Up to date Smart features, excellent picture quality and a larger than normal remote control which makes the buttons easier to manage.

But prior to the TV letting me hook up my system to HDMI 1, I had to go through the smart feature controlled by Google

It's a standard remote and works all the features on the TV itself (although there are buttons and various ports if needed on the TV).

Normally I eschew the "smart" features because they're an after-thought and sprinkled into the TV just to add fluff to catch eyes

Overall, the amount of great features on this TV overshadow the small issues, and I would 100% recommend this TV all day!

We upgraded to this TV from an older Sony Bravia that was only smart "ready" you had to actually connect it physically with a cable to access smart features.

The smart features, as well as the basic functions, are easy to master.

In my opinion, the "smart" features should be removable, or it should just be a display panel with TV tuner in it and let me connect the streamer box of my choice

Great picture quality and smart features

I do not use any of the smart TV features in the set and I only connect it briefly to install the OS and security updates (since over time on other sets Sony has bundled display processor improvements with the Android updates).

While this is definitely NOT the cheapest 4K TV in its size, it is feature packed, easy to use and has an excellent picture quality.

We don't use any of the so called "Smart" features, so we turned them off and go straight

I think it has a better sound quality and can achieve a louder volume than the Samsung and the Smart features have worked flawlessly so far

but it is a cute feature.

While we've got a soundbar on our main tv, I can't say that this one sounds any worse than that, or maybe I'm just not that picky or in-tune with the various audible features.

There is a really nice volume auto leveling feature in here that I appreciate, no more super loud commercials

Another thing I like about this TV, but am still weary of, is the built in smart features

This has been one of the best TVs i've had the pleasure of owning it has great features, great picture and just overall a quality TV

Maybe someday I will want to take advantage of the smart features but not right now.

I haven’t done much with the smart tv features nor do I use the TV’s speakers

This feature may work with a compatible external USB Bluetooth Adapter or 3rd party Bluetooth applications that can be downloaded from the Google Play

Picture is good, although there is some backlight bleeding, as I have the 49”, which doesn’t have some of the fancier features of the larger models

First off, Sony has not addressed a critical feature, 120hz for next gen gaming, that they keep touting this TV for.

There are some nice integrated features such as it detecting that one of the attached devices was my Amazon Fire, and it's easy to set up the wifi

The newest and best features are not available on 43" models.

Where Sony has differentiated itself is with the software, making it efficient to navigate to the content you want and making all of the "smart" features actually useful

We are able to connect to our 2G wifi as well as our 5G. 5G provides smoother streaming, but 2G works almost as well

The first thing I noticed with this set was the lack of motion blur, one youtube review estimated the response time to be about 5 ms which was not as good as the much more expensive OLED TVs but better than the QLED TV I was considering.

After several trouble shooting tries from the very beginning, this tv does not work as it should.
