This Honeywell unit outperforms all the more expensive units due

I was told by Honeywell later, C wire needs from the cooling unit (RC, transformer).

I wanted an reasonably priced unit with tight temperature controls.

Another appealing feature (that I'm surprised isn't mentioned much) is that this unit looks like a normal thermostat.

Fantastic Unit and fits in same holes as Trane/Honeywell unit this replaced.

This unit is easy to install, but rather tedious to connect to Wi-Fi

After complaining to the CSR, I was told it might be a faulty unit

We lost a/c a couple weekends ago, then the unit came back on...was advised it could be my thermostat

I expect that I'll change the unit to disable the 'fuzzy' logic aspect that adjusts the start times based on how long it takes it to bring up the temperature.

The answer is No, because the unit is only accessible through Honeywell's application.

Professional advice was that the unit was defective or accidentally was shorted during installation, to return it and try a separate unit
