Really, the thermostat works fine.

This works great with Alexa and is very easy to program

Ignore the manual advice - this wiresaver worked like a charm, and allowed me to gain all functions back.

BUT once the wifi was set up it's been working fine, we've had no connectivity issues

In swapping out one of the good working units to see whether it was the the heat pump or the thermostat as the problem, it corrected the situation

This works great at a price 1/3 of most wifi thermostats just because it doesn't have a fancy display that you will not look at any way because it is capable of being done remotely
