Regardless, even if there is no significant improvement, their incredibly proactive customer service more than merits a 5-star rating in my book!ps: I would have given them 6 stars, but I deducted 1 star for making me look lazy by comparison ;

SunValleytec, the company that sold this to me on Amazon, provides great customer service, especially on followup.

The transfer speed may not be great (< 2 MB/s) but should solve the purpose

so no one even knows it's there and those who use t-mobile but suffer from bad reception(I work in an industrial area) we can now benefit from WiFi calling.
