    • In order to properly utilize the headset, I had to adjust the wire so that sound would work on both sides and keep it there with tape
    • Some sort of faulty wiring is causing the volume level to drop, white noise in the background and the mic no longer picks up anything
    • However the plastic cord containing the wiring is very cheaply made, and within a year it has deteriorated to the point where the wires are sticking out and there are random popping and static noises
    • However, one main concern is the tangly wire that just rolls around itself
    • you can literally jiggle the wire and they will work and then not work
    • and I was looking for a headset with durable wiring, which this headset seems to have
    • About a month after purchasing it, the wire messed up
    • Volume and mic control module on wire works great.
    • Just recently my wire MUST be placed a certain way or it will not work
    • I love this gaming headset, only downside about this product is the wires tend to retract and coil itself
    • The red wire's too thick and screams cheap
    • Something in the design makes it curl itself up terribly and as a result the wires will fray and break quickly

    • However, after about 20-30 min of sustained game play on the Xbox One, it begins to produce a crackle like a loose wire that progressively gets louder
    • I think its terrible compared to others that i have owned such as major popular brand names, wired, wireless, etc... overall, you can't go wrong with $20 7.1 gaming
    • The USB wire is solid and connects well though
