House of Marley, EM-JT000RC-SB, Stir It Up Turntable, Signature Black

    • I don't mind the black cover, and prefer the eco-friendly option to the standard plexiglass which just gets dirty and gross.
    • No lid, just a cloth cover lending to greater potential for dust than a solid cover.
    • Plus it doesn’t come with a clear cover just a black canvas cover
    • House of Marley says that a plastic lid / cover isn't environmentally friendly and traditional plastics made with petroleum fall into this category but there are environmentally friendly soy & corn based plastics that don't utilize petroleum in the manufacturing process so it is possible to have an environmentally friendly cover
    • Included is a nice fabric dust cover, something I am happy to see instead of those old-school clear Plexiglas lids
    • Great dust cover
    • I would have given this five stars if it had a hard cover.
    • Note that while some turntables have a hard plastic cover, this has a cloth cover instead...not the kind of cover you can put on the turntable while a record is playing
