Whether it works as advertised (counts printed pages correctly, sends me the correct replacement ink at the correct times, etc.) is an open question that will be answered in the next few months.

The same issue cropped up again and this time the applet I downloaded won't fix it

Yeah, this printer jams every other time I use it, and it's brand new

I tried using the USB cable but every time I tried it rejected and said to disconnect and that seems odd

Knowing that the next time I needed to print I would have an issue and they would be there to “help”.

I am quite disappointed in the lack of a preview that allows me to adjust settings and rescan without having to waste time saving inferior scans just to check for quality.

I was concerned that it would be an hours-long setup process and I can honestly say that I've never encountered an easier time setting up and connecting my wireless printer.

I recommend this printer to family and friends all the time and give it 5 stars!

I don't like printer contacting HP every time you turn it on.
