Perhaps all of that could be forgiven if this machine worked better but unfortunately, it drops from the network frequently and then requires time consuming and uber annoying process to re-establish the entire connection rendering this less convenient, more expensive and overall entirely unsatisfying.

so I called up customer service, they said my router was no good, my cell phones for wireless printing were no good, the connections were no good

Inconsistent Wi-fi connection to router only a few feet away

After that, the printer lost its connection to the network and has never been able to reconnect.

Keeps loosing the connection to my computer

but it will lose connection to the phones constantly

However, after a few minutes of being powered on, my home network disappeared and all of our devices lost connection

Its like driving a Model T after driving a Vet
