I would have expected them to offer a replacement OR help deal with HP Support.

I took a whack at calling HP support again today to see if they will send me "Setup" cartridges for that now unusable printer, so I could use it as a spare

HP support said to download and use their HP Photo Creations package.

Finally I contacted HP Support.

but it was such a pain to attempt to deal with HP Support, we opted to replace it after 6 months.

I spent a good hour or more on the phone with HP support trying to correct the problem until they gave up and told me it was a router problem and to contact the router's manufacture's support

During an hour and fifteen minute long phone call with HP support after several troubleshooting steps on my own that did not work, they advised me that this was a known issue and they were trying to get to their suppliers to replace the cartridges.

Its like driving a Model T after driving a Vet
