    • I called HP support and they were very helpful.
    • When I contacted the chat service I had to wait in excess of 25 minutes to chat with the rep who then advised he could not handle a server OS and to contact HP Support via Twitter.
    • Finally, HP support sent a new drum
    • I called HP support and after diagnosis they sent a new toner cartridge
    • Going online to HP support and every error has about 5 steps to try that don't work and the final one is to remove the printer, shut everything off, reinstall printer, reconnect to network and see if that helps.
