HP support is poor in the sense that you only get one year of customer service free, do they not expect their products to last longer?

HP support has been absolutely no help

After some diagnosis via HP support and them checking the serial numbers on each cartridge, I found out that 2 of the toner cartridges, the black and cyan, were slightly defective

The printer is manufactured in Vietnam and I wasn't about to call HP support and speak to someone who has problems with the English language.

I contacted HP support, only to be told it was a hardware issue, and they recommended replacement.

I contacted HP support about this and they were very helpful and even took control of my computer.

At the handoff, HP comes back to say it can not find any software and to contact HP Support.

After issuing a return, we decided to give it one more try with HP support

, Hp support has not, just know if you get an error 49 on certain HP printers you might as well just purchase something different.
