I bought an used in "Very Good Condition" but was actually a brand new never opened printer for a very good price so that made it a Five Star, other wise I would have given it a 3 Star because of not the printer's fault but the buggy software install and poor instructions of the full manual on doing manual Duplex printing and no Tech Support contact information

I never would have figured this out unless I had done a google search and found it on the support tech support forum.).Also, HP thru the end of 2016 is offering a great rebate program on this model and other higher end printers in the HP line.

I had to call Amazon and threaten to return it unless they got me connected to a HP tech support person

I called tech support, we troubleshot to confirm it was a hardware issue and a new printer was sent to me right away.
