“IT managed” is that future firmware updates (no longer under my control) could change the cartridge Protection locking it to HP Only Cartridges
If Cartridge Protection should be set to ON - It will reject any Cartridge that is not a “genuine HP

The setup was quite easy on the Macs (3 of them) surprisingly but the two HP computer (desktop and laptop) took multiple attempts meaning more than 5 times each.
Setup was very easy, works great with all of the devices in our house - iPhone 6, iPhone 5S, Kindle Fire, Windows 10 Desktop, and MacBook Pro!

The nice thing about the size is that unlike some of the smaller printers, it does not “unfold” with trays sticking out making them effectively bigger than the “as shipped” size
