After 30 mins on the phone with Epson tech support, and them telling me my printer wasn't supposed to be sold in the US (I bought at Wal-Mart), and my ink cartridges were probably refills or bootleg (I purchased them from the Epson website), I had enough excuses

second tech support insisted that we have to use Microsoft scan utility to scan with this machine, and that does not allow you to scan to a PDF...pretty frustrating

Also, there is only 30 days replacement and I am already 14 days left, but the person did not request to replace the toner / drum, nor I am getting any type of real tech support

My husband volunteered to call HP Tech support, since we knew this issue would probably take hours to resolve

HP is unresponsive to the problems with their products, and they are worse than useless regarding major tech support
