I would give it 5 stars if the cartridges were not so expensive.

It is most likely a bad cyan toner cartridge.

About the only complaint I have is the toner: the introductory cartridges that come with the box don’t last long before the yellow starts bleeding out on your paper – about 100 pages in my case.

(Yes I know leaks should indicate faulty cartridges

A week ago I ordered this HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw printer because my old laser printer was running low on toner and the cartridges are pretty expensive.

Expensive upfront, plus $100/cartridge for both black and color!

I have followed the procedures on the HP web site and the conclusion is a bad toner cartridge.

After having local computer experts work on it and reading about the trouble many other people are having with the same model, we will simply trash it as we are now beyond the time-frame for return.

Software works as it should and is easy to use.
