I like the remote printing feature of this printer

Upon opening the box, it was slightly larger than I had plan but the features were great.

Love the printer however some of the configuration specifically scan to email isn't so easy to setup but overall love the functions/features of product

Some really nice features - fullscreen keypad for wi-fi password entry

I also enjoy the Air Print feature where we now can print directly from our IPhone/IPad devices.

The HP Support rep told me "this printer does not have full feature software which supports mac os 10x 11".

I was able to manually print on both sides which was pretty slick - not a feature I would use much which is why I bought this model.

The scan feature has had a couple issues

I was only after buying the printer and trying to print that I discovered that this printer lacks the auto feature.

After having local computer experts work on it and reading about the trouble many other people are having with the same model, we will simply trash it as we are now beyond the time-frame for return.

Software works as it should and is easy to use.
