I had to spend 3 hours with HP Support within 2 days.

I contacted HP support, and our printer still about a week remaining under warranty

nothing but problems wit wireless connection to mac computer, still working with HP support,

HP support is a joke.

Finally called HP support, which is not US based, whom was very cocky rearranged my Windows desktop, all the while telling me the printer was not working due to a networking issue

The HP Support went from terrible while trying calling them, to outstanding with chat.

Super, called HP support again, this arrogant technician starts telling me he shows the printer is working

I was about to return the printer, but instead called HP support.

I tried the Chat option of HP support.

Last night I received a telephone call from HP Support.

The HP Support rep told me "this printer does not have full feature software which supports mac os 10x 11".

The HP support guy took over my computer and had to manually add the software... the first time with my computer wired to the printer.

I wish I could give this product and the HP support service negative stars.

Very knowledgeable and helpful HP support person.

HP support is a joke.
