I rate it 4 stars for two reasons, one it took me three hours to get it working on my Windows 10 machine and second at a $500 retail price point it should come with legal size platen glass for scanning

Fantastic machine

After having local computer experts work on it and reading about the trouble many other people are having with the same model, we will simply trash it as we are now beyond the time-frame for return.

Software works as it should and is easy to use.
