There is no paper jammed

I'm on my second set of cartridges and haver not had a single paper jam.

The latter required unplugging the machine to stop the printing, which would result in a paper jam that would take a half hour to fix

After having local computer experts work on it and reading about the trouble many other people are having with the same model, we will simply trash it as we are now beyond the time-frame for return.
