Great quality printing (I only needed black and white) and NO paper jams in over a year.

The quality, response rate, and design was well worth the $100 or so bucks I paid

The quality of the printing is nice and it works normally(At least have not crush yet)

I would recommend this printer for anyone looking for a good quality printer that just prints black and white, and you don't have to replace the toner every ream of paper or less

Very fast, good quality printer.

Quality: For my purposes, mostly text and a few illustrations, this printer is crisp and clean

I used to love HP because of legendary quality and reliability.

Reliable, great print quality, and has no problem printing over 100 pages at a time.

Not only is it cheaper but the pictures are much better quality and they won't fade or deteriorate over time.

Quality of printing is very good, the ink cartridge lasted about 9 months (that's printing up 5-10 sheets of paper a day, 5 days a week).

I bought this to (largely) replace a Canon i860 that I love, it has excellent b&w text quality and and prints amazing color photos

I wanted something reliable (even with infrequent use), easy to set up and use, with no frills, but good output quality.

Of course I won't be surprised if HP is constantly finding ways to shorten the shelf life of laser toner cartridges from lesser printing output to having a use by date for better printing quality

I use it at a second office where I just needed somemthing that had good print quality but was not a big investment as the printer does not get daily use

Well my experience with this printer has sent me back to HP, as it died after just 3 months.

We've had multiple problems with the initial wireless setup not working as it is supposed to

We did have a power outage which required the printer to be turned on manually, once that was done, everything works as it should.

It has been in use now for quite a long time and works just as good as when it ws first purchased.

The first page prints almost instantly and each subsequent page spits out as fast as you could ever want

They have been nearly trouble-free, and don't jam nearly as often as the printers they replaced
