4 to 5 hours worth of my time to accomplish nothing

Wasted four hours of my life trying to get it to

came defective spent hours on phone support with HP

I wasted almost 3 hours today with HP support trying to get this printer to work with my computer...only to discover that the wireless function does not work with university wifi (any wifi that is more than just password protected, e.g. logging into an account or checking a box in a user agreement)

A very frustrating half-hour lost, and then suddenly, for inexplicable reasons, signing into Snapfish was not necessary in order to do what I wanted to do to begin with… print a document off my laptop

I have wasted hours and hours and hours of my time, literally over 20 hours trying to get it to work.

Literally took hours over two days and frustration through the roof

I have spent numerous hours trying to get this problem resolved but nothing works.
