It says "cartage jam" but there is no paper jam and we tried all of the troubleshoot tips and it still does not work

Says paper jam when there is not one, low ink and all ink is new, and it makes a loud noise

The cartridges were constantly jamming even though they were 'clicked' in, then almost every sheet of paper jammed and there were no guides to keep it straight.

I found that the Cannon one always had paper jams or thought there was no paper in the tray maybe because the paper fed from the bottom

I deal with paper jams several times a week and the touch screen and power button randomly decide not work, the only way to fix that is to unplug the printer and plug it back in.

I bought it a few months ago and now this is started to jam, or falsely claim a paper jam is stopping it

keeps saying it has paper jam when there is no paper jam. extremely slow. not even worth the low price.

The tracker which rotates the paper keeps causing paper jams

After less than a week of owning this printer, literally only using it a few tones, it began giving us constant paper jam errors despite there being NO PAPER JAM

I have literally installed a new ink cartridge and proceeded to run out of ink trying to print out a single document due to missing pages, duplicated pages, not printing double sided despite selecting double sided, paper jams cancelling the entire printing halfway through, wifi disconnects, etc

After hours of checking the printer for paper jams and being on the phone with customer service, they sent me a refurbished printer which had even worse problems
