This product works just fine no problems installing wireless features work and printer and scan operations good does not use a lot ink like most printers.

The product is basically unusable

The first one was received with the print cable attached to the blue packing tape used to stabilize the product in shipping

product is fine, as advertised and i like HP products,but if you are trying to surprise someone for xmas or any other gift, beware.....it arrives in an HP box with its photo and detail info on it
